- Halve the buns and butter them
- Place in a corning wear dish (about 2L)
- Soak the buns in the liqueur in the dish
- Scatter the Jam, chocolate and Raspberries in the dish
- In a sperate bowl whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar and vanilla together until mixed/ combined and thickened (and sugar is mostly dissolved)
- Pour custard over the buns
- With the sugar that didn’t dissolve, drizzle this over the buns with the crosses
- Bake in a water bath at 160 for 40min
- Rest on the bench for 5min
