Classic ANZAC biscuits, ready in 30min with only 7 ingredients you'll be going back for more!

- Pre-heat your oven to 150°C.
- In a bowl combine the flour, oats, sugar and coconut.
- In a saucepan on low heat combine and melt the butter and golden syrup. Once the butter has melted, increase the heat and add the bi-carb and hot water, stir until the mixture has approx. doubled in volume.
- Pour butter mix in to the dry ingredients, and mix to combine.
- With a teaspoon measure a small ball shape, roll the mixture in your hands and place on a baking tray. Repeat this step, leaving space between each ball.
- Once the tray is filled, place it in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes.
- Once the biscuits are ready, take them out of the oven and leave them on the tray for about 5min, allowing them to cool.
- Once cooled, you may transfer them to a wire rack, or monge out on them.
