Classic ANZAC biscuits, ready in 30min with only 7 ingredients you'll be going back for more!

Ingredients

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 150°C.
  2. In a bowl combine the flour, oats, sugar and coconut.
  3. In a saucepan on low heat combine and melt the butter and golden syrup. Once the butter has melted, increase the heat and add the bi-carb and hot water, stir until the mixture has approx. doubled in volume.
  4. Pour butter mix in to the dry ingredients, and mix to combine.
  5. With a teaspoon measure a small ball shape, roll the mixture in your hands and place on a baking tray. Repeat this step, leaving space between each ball.
  6. Once the tray is filled, place it in the oven for about 20 - 25 minutes.
  7. Once the biscuits are ready, take them out of the oven and leave them on the tray for about 5min, allowing them to cool.
  8. Once cooled, you may transfer them to a wire rack, or monge out on them.
